How can psychotherapy help you?

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a ‘talking therapy’, where we work closely together to focus on and understand how your unique life experiences might be contributing to any current difficulties you may be experiencing.

By providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk about your thoughts and feelings, the aim of psychotherapy is to enable you to explore aspects of your life, identify any unhelpful behavioural and/or thinking patterns and in-so-doing, help you develop greater insight, perspective, and self-understanding.

Through this process and with greater awareness and understanding about yourself, you will become better equipped to make more conscious choices and decisions about your life and how you may want to change it, improving your emotional wellbeing and quality of life.

I have experience working with a range of different issues, inclusive of, but not limited to:

  • Abuse

  • Anxiety

  • Attachment & Relationship Difficulties

  • Depression

  • Self-development

  • Stress Management

  • Trauma
